My four and a half year old daughter got this scooter for christmas and loves it, particularly the basket and bell. She has mostly been riding it in the house due to rain, and it is maneuverable enough to get around corners, as well as stable enough that she has yet to tip it over while riding. It was very easy to assemble, too.
Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. It is easy to put together and has a bell on the handle bar that she loves to ding. Nice roll pad on the handle bar area to keep her from bonking her head on sudden stops or falls.
